Job Summary: As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth. Leading a talented team of staff and contractors, you will spearhead campaigns and initiatives that align with our objectives for 2025 and beyond. Your leadership will extend to overseeing campaign development (SEO, PPC, Email, Social), refining messaging across our channels and website, implementing an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, and supporting sales and customer success teams with prospecting and outreach campaigns. We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and results-driven marketing leader to help InTime elevate its brand and influence in the government sector.
You will be responsible for leading the entire sales process within an assigned territory of new and existing customers, focused on developing long term annual recurring revenues within that territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and more, focused on driving demand and revenue.
- Own the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, working closely with sales to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to generate prospecting lists, conduct outreach, and support lead management processes.
- Refine and enhance InTime’s brand messaging across all channels, including website and digital assets, to ensure consistency and impact.
- Oversee the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and tradeshows, enhancing InTime’s presence in the public safety and GovTech space.
- Provide strategic guidance to the marketing team, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain strong communication with executive leadership to report on campaign performance, optimize strategies, and adjust goals as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7+ years in B2B demand generation, with a preference for experience in enterprise-level programs (email, webinars, content, events, advertising, social media, etc.).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), ideally in the GovTech or SaaS sectors, with an understanding of the government sales cycle.
- Expertise in marketing operations, automation, and lead management with a focus on revenue impact (experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools preferred).
- Strong partnership experience with sales teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on building a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong understanding of InTime’s products, target audience, and buyer’s journey, with a bonus for familiarity with public safety or government technology.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—along with strong presentation abilities.
- A customer-centric approach to marketing with the ability to distill customer needs into actionable strategies.
- Willingness to travel as required for industry events and client meetings.
