InTime U 2026 offers three tailored tracks designed to meet the needs of every public safety professional from daily schedulers to strategic decision-makers. Whether you’re new to InTime or looking to optimize your agency’s investment, there’s a track built for you.
Track 1
Administrator
The Administrator Track is designed for users responsible for configuring and maintaining the backbone of their agency’s InTime system.
Through seven hands-on sessions, attendees will learn how to build a scheduling environment that reflects real-world operations — from setting up core structures like locations, units, and activities, to configuring employee profiles, permissions, and leave policies. The track also explores advanced tools like template schedules, demand planning, and automation features that streamline workflows and improve accuracy. Whether you’re launching InTime for the first time or refining your setup, this track will equip you with the knowledge to optimize your system for long-term success.
Note: Due to the interactive, hands-on nature of these sessions, advance sign-up is required. Attendees must bring a laptop and have an “Administrator” Role assigned to the InTime user prior to attending.

Operations
