What’s included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes in-depth training, product knowledge sessions and thought leadership seminars. It also includes a meet & greet networking event, customer appreciation dinner as well as Breakfast and Lunch.
When do I need to submit payment after I register?
Payment must be received within 30 days of the confirmation email to confirm the pricing at the point of registration.
How many registrants can I include at the preferred rate?
Up to 4 registrants per agency at the preferred rate. If you’d like to register more than 4 people from your agency, please email Sara Dyer (sdyer@intimesoft.com)
What’s your refund policy?
Refunds will be available minus a $75 USD admin fee until May 15th, 2023. Tickets can be transferred to another colleague until September 1st, 2023. Tickets cannot be transferred after September 1st, 2023.

What is the event hotel rate?
The event hotel rate is $189 USD/night.
How I book my stay at the Hotel Monteleone?
Attendees can book their hotel using this booking link. Alternatively, attendees can call the group reservations number (1-800-217-2033). Please specify that you are attending InTime University 2023 to claim the event hotel rate.
What is the hotel reservation cut-off date?
The hotel reservation cut-off date is September 5th, 2023.
How do I get there?
Hotel Monteleone is a short 20-minute drive away from the Louis Armstrong International Airport.
When should I book my flights?
Registration and the Meet & Greet Networking event will be held on Monday, September 25. All sessions will begin the morning of Tuesday, September 26.
