Registration
How to register for InTime U.
Step 1
Submit your registration form.
You can have up to 4 registrants per agency at the preferred rate. If you’re registering for someone else, please use their details.
Step 2
Pay for your ticket.
Once you submit your registration form, you’ll be sent a confirmation email with payment details. You must pay within 30 days!
Step 3
Book your flights and hotel.
Once you pay, you’re good to go. It’s time to book your flights and your hotel. For a prefered hotel rate, please book through here!

You will receive a confirmation email once you submit this form with details on payment information. Please ensure that you check your junk mail.
Please note that by submitting this form you have not confirmed your ticket to InTime U. Your ticket is only confirmed once payment has been received.

If you are registering on behalf of someone else, please use their email address. This is especially important if you are registering for more than one person as duplicate emails (i.e., entering your email for both registrations) are not processed in our system and they will not receive confirmation or important details regarding the event. Once they receive the email, they can forward it to you to complete payment.
Up to 4 registrants per agency at the preferred rate. If you’d like to register more than 4 people from your agency, please email Gaby Wardojo: gwardojo@intime.com
Once you submit your form, you’ll be sent a confirmation email with payment details. Payment must be received within 30 days of the confirmation email to confirm the pricing at the point of registration.
Refunds will be available minus a $75 USD admin fee until June 15, 2025. Tickets can be transferred to another colleague until September 1st, 2025. Tickets cannot be transferred or refunded after September 1st, 2025.
