Your ticket includes in-depth training, product knowledge sessions and thought leadership seminars. It also includes a meet and greet networking event, customer appreciation dinner as well as Breakfast and Lunch.

Payment must be received within 30 days of the confirmation email to confirm the pricing at the point of registration.

Refunds will be available minus a $75 USD admin fee until July 10th, 2026. Tickets cannot be refunded after July 10th, 2026. Tickets can be transferred to another colleague until September 15th, 2026. Tickets cannot be transferred after September 15th, 2026.

The discounted InTime University room rate is $239 USD per night at the The Westin San Diego Bayview. This special rate is available to attendees for a limited number of rooms during the event dates.

Accommodation for InTime U 2026 will be at The Westin San Diego Bayview.

You can reserve your room at the discounted conference rate through this dedicated hotel booking link for InTime U attendees. 

We recommend booking early, as rooms within the InTime room block are limited and tend to fill up quickly.

The discounted conference rate will be available until the hotel room block sells out or the official cut-off date (October 19, 2026), whichever comes first. Once the block is full, standard hotel rates will apply.

We recommend arriving in San Diego for Monday, November 16, in time for registration and the welcome Meet & Greet Social that evening.

Full conference sessions begin the morning of Tuesday, November 17.
