InTime Joins the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Public Sector Program (PSP)

VANCOUVER, BC 2023 – InTime, a leading provider of scheduling and workforce management software for public safety, joined the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Public Sector Partner Program (PSP).  

The AWS PSP Program recognizes AWS Partners with cloud-based solutions and experience to support public sector industries. As a member of the AWS Partner Network (APN), InTime will continue its mission to help public safety agencies streamline their scheduling and workforce management processes. 

Public safety agencies who use manual or outdated workforce management tools experience organizational inefficiencies, officer fatigue and difficulties in recruitment and retention. InTime’s scheduling and workforce management solution helps agencies:  

  • Work more efficiently by enabling agencies to automate tedious processes, such as paper-based approvals, with built-in intelligence. 
  • Reduce risk by giving agencies powerful visibility into equitable overtime allocation, training compliance, and fatigue issues before they become bigger issues. 
  • Optimize agency spend by providing agencies with reports and dashboards to help reduce spend on unplanned overtime. 
  • Improve team communication and morale by enabling visibility into schedules, overtime sign-ups, and leave requests with InTime Mobile. 

As part of joining the AWS PSP Program, InTime completed the AWS Foundational Technical Review (FTR), which includes requirements related to the security, governance, and compliance of InTime’s AWS accounts. The AWS FTR reinforces the commitment of InTime’s technical team to delivering secure solutions.
