Customer of the Year Award
The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office is the deserving recipient of the Customer of the Year Award. This honor is in recognition of their exceptional impact across all aspects of InTime – product usage, feedback, customer advocacy and community impact.
The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office consists of 400 staff agency-wide including patrol, 911, and detention staff. They have been an InTime customer since 2016.
Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office was awarded the Customer of the Year Award for their exceptional use of InTime’s workforce management solutions and commitment to improving public safety operations. They have successfully implemented InTime as a complete management tool, deploying modules like Timekeeping, Shift Bidding, Vacation Bidding, and Asset Tracking to streamline their processes and prevent employee burnout. Winnebago County has been a steadfast advocate for integrating all sheriff’s office departments into a unified system, fostering stronger collaboration and efficiency. Additionally, their team has championed InTime’s benefits, promoting the software to other agencies within Winnebago County and inspiring broader adoption across the law enforcement community.
Innovations Excellence Award
The Calgary Police Service (CPS) has earned the Innovations Excellence Award, showcasing their outstanding contribution to enhancing employee experience, building efficiencies, and their exemplary usage of InTime to run their best agency.
CPS has about 3000 staff and is the 3rd largest police service in Canada. They have been an InTime customer since 2012.
By fully utilizing InTime’s capabilities, CPS integrated their entire technology stack, including PeopleSoft, NicheRMS, and Microsoft Active Directory, through web services. This comprehensive integration also enabled the creation of 140 web applications tailored to their needs.
Through these innovations, CPS has significantly reduced standby costs by 50%, completed a service-wide re-organization in just 10 minutes—an astounding 99.4% improvement—and eliminated manual data entry across all internal systems.
This award highlights CPS’s commitment to operational excellence and sets a new standard for public safety agencies across the country.
