Webinar Recording: University of Kentucky

In this free, 45-minute webinar, University of Kentucky’s Chief of Police, Joe Monroe shares:

  • How the agency had staff scheduling limitations that caused challenges with overtime management, staff fatigue, and morale
  • Why it’s important to have a complete view of all staff hours worked, including special events, for effective scheduling management
  • How the agency has addressed its challenges through implementing InTime’s scheduling offering
  • Learnings from the agency’s implementation experience

Although this is a software vendor webinar, Chief Monroe’s presentation focuses on the agency’s past challenges (many of which other public safety agencies face), as well as its current successes. This presentation is not a product feature discussion or demonstration.
